It can be very busy at certain times of the year so if we do not answer or it is outside office hours then please try booking your chimney sweep online (it's cheaper if you use the coupon) OR leave us a voicemail including your address or postcode and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Our Office hours are;

Chimney sweep hours are 07:30 - 18:30 - Monday to Friday. Weekends are also available

Service Area
We currently sweep and service chimneys in roughly a 15 m radius from Hitchin. If you are a little outside of this area then still contact us as we sometimes are able to fit you in, if we are working nearby.

Our most popular areas of 2023 were Hitchin and the north east of Hitchin. Towns most visited were; Hitchin, Letchworth, Stevenage, Kings Walden, Arlesey, Offley, Baldock, Royston, Stotfold, Welwyn, Knebworth and Codicote.
Last year 52% of all the chimneys we cleaned were woodburners or multifuel stoves and 48% were open fires, many of which are unused.
This means that the majority of our customers burn fuel more cleanly and efficiently than ever before.
